Laura @ Hungry and Frozen

Gosh it has been forever since I've had a (good) lamington. The site sounds interesting, I'll have to check it out! :)

Congratulations! Australian food is indeed very interesting because it has been so widely influenced by other cuisines. I'm looking forward to seeing all the wonderful things you come up with.

Rasa Malaysia

Congrats...the Thai Chicken Sausage Rolls look fantabulously delish. :)

By the way, Yong Tow Foo is like "Yen Tofu" (Thai Version), but the Malaysian, especially KL's versions are THE BEST, really. You have to go to KL, I will hook you up with all the best eats. :)

Thanks Laura! Time to have some more of those Lamingtons.

Hi Lisa. That's what I love so much about Australian food - its creativity with fusion cooking is some of the best I've tasted.

Thanks Bee! I was so envious of your food exploits. They looks fabulous!

Patricia Scarpin

Congratulations, sweetie!

Congratulations! Sounds like quite a fun gig.

Now... if about.com would only get rid of all of those annoying pop up ads!!!

Thanks so much Patricia!

Thanks Recipe Girl, I hear you!

How exciting! Congratulations!
